Our Founder
Our Founder Tonia Whitley- Gray, FNP-C is the healthcare provider and owner of Destiny Total Healthcare in the small town of Burgaw, NC. Even though being in a small town usually intimidates others, Tonia saw a need and took the challenge head on. Not only did she build a successful healthcare business but, she founded the Southeastern Chapter of Carolina Nurses League when she saw a need to assist medical professionals elevate in small rural areas. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients so they trust her to help them live healthy lifestyles. She now strives to put that same passion into building relationships with her community and fellow colleagues so, we as a team, can take their careers to the next level.
Our History
Founded in January of 2023, the Southeastern Chapter of the Carolina Nurses League has used our network to provide top-quality resources in order to increase the retention rate in the medical field. We are created to serve the Southeastern region of North Carolina to include such counties as Duplin, Sampson, Pender, Wayne, and Johnston, just to name a few. Our Founder has created a community of like-minded individuals who together, make the perfect team. We are proud of our history and all that we have accomplished over the past year.
Our Philosophy
Mission:
At the Southeastern Chapter of the Carolina Nurses League, we believe in supporting all levels of the nursing profession by means of empowering, recognizing, and offering financial support to those pursuing higher levels of education.
Vision:
To expand the Nurses League across the Carolinas and beyond by bridging the gap between schools and community organizations with hopes of decreasing healthcare disparities.
